I’ve been sitting with this next move for a while, and today I want to share it with you.
The Bloom Report has been a beautiful part of my storytelling journey, a space where I explored career tips, future of work insights, career reinvention, personal branding, and the shifts happening across culture and technology. It allowed me to grow, experiment, refine my frameworks, and build a community of people who think deeply and move with intention.
But over the last year, my work has expanded, and so have I. This year, so far over 400,000 Black women have lost their jobs. It feels like I should be talking about what’s shaking up the job market and that’s AI.
I’m stepping fully into what I know is my lane:
AI literacy for people that look like me, creative intelligence, and responsible Black innovation.
I’m teaching people how to think with AI, not just “use” it.
I’m helping professionals become AI-fluent, future-ready, and maintain creative authenticity in a world where AI is rewriting how we create, work, learn, and lead.
And because of that evolution, The Bloom Report is graduating into something bigger, more focused, and more aligned with where we’re heading next.

This transition allows me to go deeper, teach with more clarity, and make more impact.
I always want my content to be reflective of where I am in life and what I am interested in real life.
