We are 6 weeks and 2 days away from 2024!

WOW! I know we are have sayigs like “ I don’t know where the time went” and “ The time is just flying” but really the time is as it always was.

After reading the book ( I highly recommend by the way) The Power of Now byEckhart Tolle, I’ve completely changed my mindset and outlook on time.

I have been very intentional and thoughtful about my time and how I use my time, creating new language around speaking about time.

Thinking about past time wasted and future time that you don’t have yet is really a waste of time.

All we have is now and the things we can do in the now.

As I approach 2024, I’ve been thinking about my self-development and personal growth plan as it relates to my career. I’ve been in deep thought about the skills I’m developing and plan to develop and I am going to use them.

That had me researching the top in-demand skill predicitions for 2024, which ones I’m prioritizing learning and why. Personally, I don’t want to learn anymore skills for my current role or to use in my current company nor in my next company. In 2024, and beyond I will use any skills gained for my consulting business or personal brand. I’m focused on the SELF in self-development, especially considering God is pushing me toward full-time creative entreprenuership in a way that I can’t run from or fin
